Job Summary

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and implement end-to-end HR service management solutions using ServiceNow HRSD module.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
  • Maintain HR service delivery components such as case management, employee journey management, enterprise onboarding and transitions.
  • Work with client scripts, business rules, script actions, script includes and other core ServiceNow scripting features.
  • Utilize ServiceNow APIs like GlideRecord, GlideForm, GlideAggregate for efficient data management.
  • FOLLOW agile methodologies for delivery and collaboration.
  • Lead technical design sessions and document solution architectures.
  • Support incident resolution and ongoing system enhancement requests.
