Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Delivery Head, located in Noida. The Service Delivery Head will oversee the entire service delivery process, ensuring efficient and effective transactions. The individual will manage service delivery teams, enhance customer service processes, and ensure adherence to IT service management protocols. The role includes implementing performance metrics, leading cross-functional teams, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Service Delivery Management and Service Delivery skills
  • Experience in People Management and leadership
  • IT Service Management skills and knowledge
  • Customer Service expertise
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in service delivery roles, preferably in financial services or technology sectors
