
Service Delivery Expert

Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our service delivery teams in delivering exceptional IT services and application development for clients. With over 15 years of experience, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through account management, team leadership, and customer-centric approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of IT managed services and application development for a large portfolio of clients.
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), master service agreements (MSAs), and contracts to meet customer expectations.
- Lead geographically distributed teams and oversee IT service delivery including software development, maintenance, and support.
- Implement process improvements and methodologies to deliver services efficiently, maintain productivity, and enhance quality.
- Develop and maintain a service culture that fosters collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure quality delivery and meet SLAs committed to customers.
- Conduct regular service reviews with customers to identify opportunities for automation, process enhancements, and cost savings.
- Explore and capitalize on growth opportunities, stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, and understand their impact on IT service delivery.
Requirements:
- Over 15 years of experience in managing IT services, with at least 5 years of account management experience in the public sector.
- Proven track record of delivering IT managed services and application development for large-scale clients.
- Strong customer and stakeholder management skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in ITIL and IT service management frameworks, with knowledge of industry best practices.
