Job Title: Service Delivery Executive

This role is for an experienced professional to manage the delivery of IT Managed Services and Application Development. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in account management, team leadership, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in account management and IT service delivery
  • Proven experience in managing teams of over 150 FTE
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL and ITSM
  • Excellent customer and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to maintain revenue growth and cost effectiveness
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Experience in managing geographically distributed teams
