Job Description: In this role, you will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. You will identify and qualify new business leads through research, networking, and market analysis, develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients across various industries, collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and strategies, build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention, and close sales deals effectively to secure new business partnerships and contracts.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's/Masters degree or equivalent experience, 1-3 years' prior industry-related business development experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies, and a focused and goal-oriented mindset.
