  • Support the sales team by coordinating customer walk-ins, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Provide project-related information to visitors and guide them to the concerned department.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client interactions.
  • Address client feedback, queries, and escalate issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of client visits, inquiries, and interactions for reporting purposes.
  • Contribute to organizing site visits, events, and promotional activities.

Key Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior experience as a Front Office Executive / Customer Service Executive is highly valued.
