
Guest Relations Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients, attendants, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Assist patients with registration, appointment scheduling, billing, and information requirements.
- Handle guest/patient queries, requests, and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Ensure a smooth flow of communication between patients, doctors, and support staff.
- Maintain proper records of patient visits, services availed, and feedback received.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely service delivery.
- Promote hospital/diagnostic services and guide patients on available facilities.
- Ensure waiting areas and front office premises are clean, organized, and guest-friendly.
- Collect and address guest feedback to improve service quality.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to organizational standards of service excellence.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving ability.
- Pleasant personality with good grooming standards.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and hospital/diagnostic management software.
- Multilingual ability (English, Hindi, Telugu) is an added advantage.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Hospitality / Management / Life Sciences preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, healthcare, or front office operations.
- Strong interpersonal and service skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
