Job Title: ServiceNow Performance Tester

Performance and Load Testing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced QA professional to perform performance and load testing on a large-scale ServiceNow instance.

The role involves evaluating system behavior under heavy usage, ensuring scalability, stability, and responsiveness.

This position requires conducting performance and load testing for ServiceNow portals, widgets, integrations, and reports, simulating 20,000+ concurrent users to assess system scalability, measuring response times, monitoring system performance, and identifying bottlenecks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct performance and load testing for ServiceNow applications.
  • Simulate high user traffic to evaluate system behavior.
  • Measure and monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) for automated functional and regression testing.
  • Collaborate with QA leads and development teams to design and execute test strategies.
  • Document test results and provide recommendations for optimization.

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of Experience in ServiceNow Testing
  • Hands-on experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.).
  • Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
  • Strong knowledge of web application performance testing.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow architecture (desired).
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
