ServiceNow Tester Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Tester to join our team in a Senior/Lead capacity.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Business Analyst and a strong understanding of Workday HR around Colleague experience.

The successful ServiceNow QA/Tester will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance tests.

This role involves end-to-end testing, ensuring seamless interactions between various systems, including Workday, ServiceNow, and other enterprise applications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Data exchange testing: Evaluating the performance of integrations between ServiceNow and Workday via REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Workflow automation testing: Testing HR workflows that span both platforms, such as automated onboarding, offboarding, and employee life-cycle events initiated in Workday and executed in ServiceNow.
  • Performance testing: Evaluating the performance of integrated systems under different loads, particularly for real-time integrations.
  • Regression testing: Conducting thorough regression testing for every ServiceNow update or Workday patch to ensure integrations remain intact.
  • Test documentation: Maintaining comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, cases, and results.

  • Strong understanding of Workday HR
  • Colleague experience: Specific experience with the employee-facing side of HR systems, ensuring a positive and seamless user experience.
