Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow developer to spearhead our team's projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management, asset management, and operations management.

The chosen individual will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient workflows, creating catalog items, approval processes, and dynamic forms. They will also be expected to integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and set up key performance indicators such as ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a developer.
  • 7+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Lead or Admin.
  • Proven ability to integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems.
  • Proficient in setting up and tracking metrics.
  • Demonstrated leadership in instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes.
Benefits
