We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow developer to join our team in designing, developing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities include collaborating with Business Analysts, Solution Architects and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. This will involve developing ServiceNow catalog items, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies and custom applications to meet telecom order management needs.

The successful candidate will have hands-on development experience in the ServiceNow platform, strong knowledge of the Order Management for Telecom (OMT) module and proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, ServiceNow Flow Designer and Service Portal.

In addition, they will have experience working in Agile/DevOps environments and be able to write technical documentation, design documents and deployment guides.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects and cross-functional teams
  • Develop ServiceNow catalog items, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies and custom applications
  • Configure and customize Order Management modules
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems, OSS/BSS platforms and legacy systems commonly used in telecom environments
  • Support UAT, defect fixing and performance tuning for order management processes

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Hands-on development experience in ServiceNow platform
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Order Management for Telecom (OMT) module
  • Experience in ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management) and/or ITSM is an advantage
  • Proficient in JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, ServiceNow Flow Designer, and Service Portal
  • Telecom domain knowledge, particularly Order-to-Activation processes, Product Catalogs, Service Requests, and Fulfillment
  • Ability to write technical documentation, design documents, and deployment guides
  • Experience in working in Agile/DevOps environments
