ServiceNow ITAM(SAM) Specialist

About this role: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITAM(SAM) specialist to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing ServiceNow ITAM(SAM) solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirements Gathering: Conduct workshops, interviews, and meetings to understand and document business requirements and functional needs.
  • Process Design: Define and design ServiceNow ITAM(SAM) solutions tailored to meet specific client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Gap Analysis: Identify gaps between existing processes and desired future-state processes, recommend solutions and improvements.
  • Solution Implementation: Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement ServiceNow ITAM(SAM) solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Documentation: Create user stories, process documentation, training materials, and other relevant documentation to support implementations.
  • Training and Support: Provide post-implementation support, training, and guidance to users to ensure successful adoption and optimization of the platform.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow ITAM(SAM) solutions.
  • A good understanding of Sales and Order Management process followed in organization.
  • Experience in designing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow SOM module as per Organization’s SOM process.
  • Experience in the design and implementation of modules including ServiceNow Sales and Order Management, Order and Quote management, Supplier Lifecycle Operations (SLO), Customer Service Management (CSM), and others.
  • Extensive experience across the ServiceNow core platform, security, performance, and compliance.
  • Extensive experience in third-party integration, REST/ SOAP methods, Integration Hub, and Ebonding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
