Job Title: IT Asset Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the design, implementation, and management of end-to-end IT asset management processes for hardware and software assets.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive ITAM strategies across all organizational levels.
  • Lead the software asset management lifecycle, including license procurement, compliance audits, renewals, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
  • Perform software discovery, reconciliation, and compliance checks across multiple publishers.
  • Provide strategic insights for vendor negotiations, true-up, and contract renewals.
  • Drive process improvements and automation within ITAM/SAM practices.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop actionable dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor ITAM/SAM performance and governance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in ITAM and SAM tools such as ServiceNow SAM Pro, Flexera, Snow, Ivanti.
  • Thorough understanding of license models, including perpetual, subscription, cloud/SaaS, BYOL, and enterprise agreements.
  • Hands-on expertise in software license optimization, audits, and compliance management.
  • Ability to manage hardware asset lifecycle, including procurement, inventory, disposal, and refresh.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes, particularly ITAM/SAM, CMDB, Incident, Change, and Procurement.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience in Excel, Power BI, or ServiceNow reports.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
