ServiceNow Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM Engineer to join our dynamic and growing team.

The ideal candidate will design scalable and optimal solutions across the Compliance & Risk domains, leveraging their expertise in configuring ServiceNow and cutting-edge technology.

As a key member of our development team, they will provide guidance on implementing business partner strategies, ensuring timely delivery of projects and adherence to development standards.

  • Develops and implements technical designs for development projects.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to complete documentation and estimates.
  • Reviews and validates implementation plans to ensure alignment with performance standards.
  • Supports updates to program specifications and implementation documentation.
Responsibilities:
  • Works closely with scrum teams to prepare configurations for production environments.
  • Participates in unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Evaluates and escalates implementation issues, providing recommendations for improvements.
  • Provides consultation services to product owners, assisting in defining requirements and driving project success.
  • Promotes agile principles and tools within the team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • A minimum of 4-8 years of experience in software development.
  • At least 2-6 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions and components.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, workflows, scripting, UI policies, ACLs, integrations, and CMDB.
  • Proficiency in programming languages: JavaScript, API (Restful), XML, Java, Jelly scripting, Angular JS.
