We are seeking an experienced Nursing Educator to join our academic team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing education to students, ensuring they meet the required standards and outcomes. This will involve designing and implementing effective teaching strategies, assessing student learning, and providing feedback to improve their performance.

In addition to teaching, the successful candidate will also be responsible for contributing to the development of new curricula and programs, as well as engaging in scholarly activities such as research and publication. They will work collaboratively with other educators and stakeholders to promote excellence in nursing education.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in nursing education or a related field.
  • Strong teaching and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation.
