Job Title: Clinical Educator

Role Overview:

A clinical educator is required to develop and implement educational programs for students, ensuring they meet the necessary standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver curriculum content to enhance student knowledge and skills.\
• Brief students on clinical requirements, maintain daily diaries, and submit assignments timely.\
• Conduct demonstrations, supervise return demonstrations, and assign patients in clinicals.\
• Evaluate and correct student assignments, conduct formative and summative evaluations, and provide feedback.\
• Participate in guidance and counselling sessions, supervise students, and liaise with ward staff.\
• Teach subjects as per direction, assist in record maintenance, timetable preparation, and duty roster distribution.\
• Foster a positive attitude towards life-long learning, manage clinical risk, and contribute to quality planning.\
• Lead continuous quality improvement activities, participate in clinical audits, and maintain quality standards.\
• Conduct bedside teaching and monthly lab upkeep.\
• Collaborate with academic staff to ensure alignment between theoretical and practical aspects of education.\
