Nursing Professor

Job Title: Professor of Nursing

• We are seeking a distinguished educator to join our faculty as a Professor of Nursing. In this role, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in our College of Nursing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement curriculum that meets the needs of our students and aligns with industry standards.
• Teach courses in nursing education, including theory and clinical practice.
• Mentor students in research projects and academic writing.
• Supervise clinical demonstrations and ensure effective instruction through assessments.
• Participate in academic planning and implementation, including formulating and implementing college philosophies and objectives.

Qualifications:

• PhD in Nursing or related field.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in M.Sc. Nursing, with 5-10 years of teaching experience after completing M.Sc. Nursing.
• In-depth knowledge and expertise in specialty area.
• Strong teaching and critical thinking skills.
• Leadership and public speaking abilities.
• Effective time and team management.
• Administrative and collaboration skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good interpersonal relationship (IPR) skills.
