Job Summary:

• Teach and mentor students in nursing programs.
• Develop and implement curriculum that aligns with industry standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching methods and student outcomes.
• Stay current with industry developments and advancements.
• Supervise clinical demonstrations and assessments.
• Act as a mentor to junior faculty members.
• Participate in faculty development programs and professional organizations.

Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Nursing (M.Sc. Nursing) with specialization in Community Health or Medical-Surgical Nursing.
• 5-10 years of experience in teaching and 8-12 years of experience in M.Sc. Nursing.
• Ph.D. in Nursing is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement the college's philosophies and objectives.
• Plan, develop, evaluate, and revise the curriculum.
• Orient students to courses and guide them in academic and field activities.
• Guide students in seminars, discussions, and research projects.
• Conduct faculty development programs and coordinate with external faculty.
• Prepare academic checklists and monitor progress.
• Conduct daily reporting to the Principal or Vice Principal and receive feedback from junior faculty.
