**Job Title**: Sales Girl

**Location**: FMS MART, Dhatkidih, Jamshedpur
**Work Timing**: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (Rotational Shifts)
**Work Days**: Rotational (including weekends and holidays)

**Work Holiday**: Alternate weekend 01 day off

**FMS MART**, Dhatkidih’s leading retail superstore, is looking for dynamic, customer-focused, and energetic **Sales Girls** to join our team. If you have a pleasing personality, a passion for customer service, and a result-oriented approach, we would love to meet you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Manage product displays, merchandising, and stock replenishment.
- Handle billing, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections.
- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and support promotional campaigns.
- Provide after-sales service and build strong customer relationships.
- Prepare basic reports and update inventory records if required.
- Follow store policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.
- **Education**: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
- **Communication**:

- Fluent in Hindi (must).
- Can speak and write basic English.
- **Personality**: Pleasing, confident, and customer-friendly demeanor.
- **Skills**:

- Strong customer service and selling skills.
- Result-oriented and proactive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of retail sales procedures preferred.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
