Are you passionate about clean energy and looking for a rewarding career in the fast-growing solar industry? KGDC Enterprises LLP, a leading Solar EPC company in Jharkhand and Odisha, is looking for dynamic and results-driven **Solar Sales Executives** to expand our footprint in the region.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in transitioning individual homeowners and businesses to solar energy by conducting **on-site assessments, understanding customer needs, and driving end-to-end sales closures**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct site visits to evaluate the feasibility of solar power plant installation for residential and commercial properties.
- Generate leads, pitch solar solutions, and convert prospects into customers.
- Educate clients about solar energy benefits, financial incentives, and available financing options.
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide customized solutions based on customer requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, factory owners, and commercial clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and provide exceptional post-sales support.
- Minimum **3 years of sales experience** in **direct sales, B2B sales, banking, insurance, or financial services**.
- Strong customer interaction and persuasion skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills in **Hindi and English** (knowledge of the local language is a plus).
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and digital sales techniques will be an advantage.
- **Own a two-wheeler** for local travel within Jamshedpur, Chaibasa, and Saraikela districts.
