Company Description NAMASTHE CONSUMERS PRIVATE LIMITED is revolutionizing the growth of Kirana stores in India through a dual engine model The company provides microloans and financial services to Kirana shops via the NAMASTHE App and supplies trusted in-house brands through a traditional distribution network Our mission is to empower local retailers promote chemical-free living and foster sustainable growth by integrating technology with traditional retail practices We are building a community-first ecosystem for Bharat Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Mumbai The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and implementing sales strategies developing market potential and achieving sales targets within the assigned area Daily tasks include identifying potential markets overseeing sales operations conducting market research building relationships with clients and providing timely reports to leadership The role will also entail recruiting training and mentoring sales staff to achieve optimal performance Qualifications Proven experience in Sales Management Market Research and Client Relationship Management Strong skills in developing and implementing sales strategies Ability to recruit train and mentor sales teams Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools Willingness to travel within the assigned area Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field Experience within the FMCG sector is a plus Responsibilities Managing distributor and retail network Driving primary and secondary sales Leading a team of SOs or TSIs if applicable Ensuring market coverage and visibility Handling GT MT if relevant Experience Qualification 5-10years in FMCG sales Graduation MBA preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 45 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Experience FMCG 5 years Preferred Work Location In person
