Job Title Territory Sales Manager - Industrial Sales Mechanical Hydraulics Machinery Equipment Company Liasotech Private Limited Location Jamshedpur Base Location Industry Oil Filtration Machine Manufacturing AMC ARC Services Employment Type Full-Time Salary Range 25 000 - 40 000 per month based on experience and expertise About the Company Liasotech Private Limited headquartered in Jamshedpur is a leading manufacturer of advanced oil filtration machines and hydraulic maintenance solutions With a strong presence across India the company specializes in direct sales AMC Annual Maintenance Contracts ARC Annual Rate Contracts and turnkey filtration solutions for major industries including Steel Power Heavy Engineering and Manufacturing sectors Role Overview We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager TSM to drive sales growth and strengthen market presence in Eastern Region of India in industrial belt The role involves business development client acquisition AMC ARC contract generation and relationship management with industrial customers The ideal candidate will have prior experience in industrial equipment sales Mechanical Hydraulics with strong technical understanding and a proven sales track record Key Responsibilities Business Development Sales Generate and manage leads for oil filtration machines hydraulic equipment and AMC ARC contracts Identify target and acquire new customers in industrial sectors steel power engineering manufacturing Develop sales strategies to achieve monthly quarterly and annual revenue targets Client Relationship Management Build long-term business relationships with OEMs end-users and service partners Conduct technical presentations product demos and solution-based discussions with clients Ensure customer satisfaction through effective post-sales support and coordination with the service team AMC ARC Service Sales Promote and finalize Annual Maintenance Contracts AMC and Annual Rate Contracts ARC Monitor contract execution and ensure timely renewal and customer retention Market Analysis Reporting Conduct market research to identify trends competitor activities and potential opportunities Prepare periodic sales reports forecasts and business performance reviews for management Maintain accurate CRM records of leads prospects and ongoing deals Qualifications Skills Education Diploma Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering Sales Marketing preferred Experience 3-6 years in industrial sales mechanical hydraulics equipment filtration systems or related B2B sales Strong technical acumen in mechanical and hydraulic systems with ability to explain solutions to customers Proven track record of meeting exceeding sales targets in industrial B2B sales Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills Ability to work independently and manage the territory effectively Willingness to travel extensively across Eastern India region Compensation Benefits Salary 25 000 - 40 000 per month depending on experience and expertise Performance-based incentives and sales commissions PF ESIC Bonus and other statutory benefits as per company norms Travel allowances mobile and business expense reimbursements Opportunities for career growth and professional training Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 300 000 00 - 500 000 00 per year Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Jamshedpur Jharkhand Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Bachelor s Required Experience Territory sales 3 years Required Language English Required Location Jamshedpur Jharkhand Required Willingness to travel 100 Required Work Location In person
