About the Role:

The position requires a senior-level educator with extensive experience in nursing, specifically in M.Sc. Nursing.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and implement educational philosophies that align with the college's objectives.
Develop, evaluate, and refine curriculum to ensure it meets industry standards.
Collaborate with faculty to design courses and field experiences that foster student growth.
Orient students to academic programs and guide them through academic and field activities.
Select and organize learning experiences to meet educational objectives.
Lead seminars, discussions, and research projects to enhance student knowledge and skills.
Supervise clinical demonstrations and ensure effective instruction through assessments.
Mentor colleagues and junior faculty to promote professional development.
Plan and execute student admissions and maintain accurate academic records.
Prepare academic checklists and monitor student progress.
Foster collaboration among faculty and staff to create a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

M.Sc. Nursing (Specializations in Community Health or Medical-Surgical Nursing).
Ph.D. (Nursing) is highly desirable.
