Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that customers receive the best care possible. Strong relationships with partners and service providers are essential to achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess Customer Needs
- Maintain a Directory of Service Providers
- Create and Manage Customer Databases
- Resolve Customer Issues
- Provide Follow-up Services
- Nurture Relationships with Partners and Customers
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- 1-2 years of industry experience or equivalent customer service experience
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to work under deadlines and multitask
- Ability to build relationships and coalitions within the community
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
