About the Role:
- We are looking for a professional with excellent communication skills to provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
