Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Zimson Watches. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customers receive the best care possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess customer needs and provide recommendations to address issues.
  • Create and maintain directories of service providers and resources.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and service providers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Expand resources and providers to ensure seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of industry experience in customer service or related field.
  • Previous administrative experience preferred.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and multitask.
