Job Title: Senior Technical Services Coordinator

JLL is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain the technical operations of our facilities, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning properly.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to our clients and stakeholders, including site visits and inspections.
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our facilities management operations.
  • Collaborate with our clients and stakeholders to identify and address technical issues and concerns.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure that our facilities management operations are supported by high-quality services and products.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge and skills, including experience with building systems and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address technical issues and concerns.
