Customer Experience Coordinator

A Customer Experience Coordinator is a vital role in the hospitality industry, responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests. This position involves handling inquiries, resolving complaints, coordinating guest requests, and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail are also essential qualities for this position.
Responsibilities- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests throughout their stay
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests
- Coordinate with various departments to fulfill guest needs and requests
- Maintain a clean and tidy reception area
- Handle telephone calls, emails, and any other forms of communication in a professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and events to provide accurate information to guests
This role requires strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
