Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Onboarding and Training: Guide new clients through the onboarding process and provide training on utilising our office space and amenities.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively resolve client issues and concerns by coordinating with the Facility team.
  • Customer Feedback and Advocacy: Collect and analyse client feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer Retention: Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in a Customer Success position or similar role.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to foster positive business relationships.
  • Technical proficiency related to the use of the product or service.
  • Strong accountability and personal organisational skills.
