Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to drive customer satisfaction across various touchpoints. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire customer journey, ensuring seamless interactions and resolving any issues promptly.

Social Media Health of EV Brands:

Monitor and manage the social media presence of our EV brands, ensuring customer queries and concerns are addressed effectively.

Website Experience:

Oversee the user experience for all visitors on the company website, collaborating with web developers and designers to ensure a user-friendly and informative experience.

Charging Experience:

Manage the customer experience related to home charger installations and public charging stations, coordinating with the Charging team to ensure timely and efficient service.

Call Centre Experience:

Supervise the performance of the call center, ensuring high standards of customer service and problem resolution efficiency.

Customer Experience on the App for EV users:

Improve the experience on the Ownership App, gathering and analyzing user feedback to drive continuous improvement and increase app engagement and user satisfaction.

Sales Complaints Management:

Drive the reduction of Sales Complaints Turnaround Time, ensuring priority resolution of escalated complaints and collaborating with sales and support teams to address customer issues efficiently.
