Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team at MM Management Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all guests have a comfortable and memorable experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To welcome and provide a positive experience to our valued customers by reviewing arrival lists, managing reservations, and attending to special guests.
  • To anticipate customer needs and build rapport with them by providing information about amenities and services.
  • To address customer complaints in a professional manner and escalate to the Outlet Manager when necessary.
  • To record daily information in the logbook and ensure compliance with health and quality standards.

About You:

  • You should have 5-7 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
  • A well-groomed and presentable individual with knowledge of foreign languages is a plus.

What We Offer:
