Customer Experience Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team at MM Management Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all guests have a comfortable and memorable experience during their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- To welcome and provide a positive experience to our valued customers by reviewing arrival lists, managing reservations, and attending to special guests.
- To anticipate customer needs and build rapport with them by providing information about amenities and services.
- To address customer complaints in a professional manner and escalate to the Outlet Manager when necessary.
- To record daily information in the logbook and ensure compliance with health and quality standards.
About You:
- You should have 5-7 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
- A well-groomed and presentable individual with knowledge of foreign languages is a plus.
What We Offer:
