  • Identifying customer needs and proposing suitable solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Following up with customers to ensure issue resolution and maintaining long-lasting relationships
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of company products and services

This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and display patience when handling complex cases. A degree in management, marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with experience in relationship management or customer service.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, and a dynamic work environment that values innovation and teamwork.
