Job Title: Lead - Customer Success (Hospitality)

Estimated Salary: ₹40 Lakhs per annum (may vary based on location and experience)

Job Description
  1. Provide Guidance and Support: Offer expertise to the sales team in handling complex deals, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  2. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with clients and internal teams to strategize and negotiate challenging agreements.
  3. Maintain Relationships: Foster strong connections with top clients, founders, and key contacts, upholding BHIVE's values.
  4. Client Onboarding: Attend sessions alongside sales managers to discuss deliverables and client expectations.
  5. Data Management: Oversee timely and accurate submission of sales-related data and reports.
  6. Audit and Quality Control: Conduct regular audits to ensure sales data accuracy and collaborate with the sales team to resolve discrepancies.
  7. Communication: Facilitate effective communication through various channels, addressing client concerns promptly.
  8. Team Performance: Collaborate with sales managers to assess individual and team performance, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
