About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Manager to join our team in Mumbai. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facility Management: Ensure smooth facility management across India through internal and external support.
  • Asset Management: Oversee maintenance and repairs of office equipment, appliances, furniture, and fixtures.
  • Real Estate - New Office Setup, Lease Renewal, and Handover: Source properties, analyze options, and coordinate inspections for new office setup or lease renewal.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendors pan-India and ensure timely reviews of AMC and rate contracts.
  • Financial Management: Achieve financial objectives by submitting budget information, monitoring costs, and analyzing variances.
  • Coordination with Agencies: Liaise with government authorities, licenses department, and local police authorities for compliance and statutory requirements.
  • General Office Operations: Coordinate with departments, monitor processes, and identify improvement areas to maximize stakeholder satisfaction.
Requirements and Skills:
  • 6+ years experience in shipping and facility management.
  • Postgraduate degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and MS Office skills.
  • Certification in administration, facility management, EHS, First Aider, and fire safety is desirable.
