Job Summary: As a Sales Transformation Manager at Yugn, you will be responsible for managing the various aspects of our Route to Market transformation project. This includes design, pilot, and scale-up phases, where you will work closely with our external consulting firm to develop key metrics, conduct market visits, and analyze sales data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including region teams and external partners
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery
  • Conduct market visits to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales transformation, commercial operations, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through effective sales strategies and process improvements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
