Job Title: Commercial Field Manager

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced commercial field manager to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills, business acumen, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Action Planning and Strategy Execution: Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets for IXELL Paints, para-paints, and IXTAR range of products.
  • Liaising with Suppliers: Collaborate with suppliers to resolve product complaints, implement and monitor Paint Manager software, and arrange training sessions for dealers.
  • Business Performance Analysis: Analyze the business performance of IXELL workshops, focusing on increasing area sales and optimizing material costs incurred by dealers.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.
  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in the automotive paint industry, preferably in a similar position with a car manufacturer.
  • Skills: Good technical skills in body shop enhancement and painting, knowledge of workshop/business operations, and understanding of dealer networks.
