Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing client expectations, driving operational efficiency, and maintaining structured review documentation.
  • Conducting daily team huddles, periodic meetings with senior management, and cascading training to project leaders.
  • Guiding team members to achieve performance benchmarks, maintaining discipline at client premises, and preparing project observations for senior management.
