Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned business leader to drive our growth. With over a decade of experience in IT staffing & recruitment, we're now expanding our operations.

  • Drive sales and business development through identification and engagement of prospective clients.
  • Deliver customized staffing solutions through a consultative sales approach.
  • Research, market, and effectively present our services to new clients.
  • Penetrate new business through calling, in-person meetings/presentations with key client managers and senior executives.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Generate new business through telephone calls, emails, meetings, presentations, and participation in networking organizations/events.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with management to define the sales roadmap.
  • Agree upon targets and work towards achieving them.
  • Be accountable for revenue targets as agreed with management.
  • Identify key customer influencers, decision-makers, executives, and develop relationships within each account.
  • Regularly forecast new business and sales against targets.
  • Collaborate with internal support teams, motivate, and mentor where needed.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years experience in a staffing, corporate recruiting, or professional sales environment especially in technology, Banking and Financial services area in the USA region.
  • Proven experience with B2B cold calls, securing accounts, and account management.
  • A strong work ethic and sense of commitment.
  • Exceeding personal individual goals while working in a global team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ATS knowledge.
