
Strategic Revenue Growth Manager

As a strategic thinker with 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations, you will be responsible for leading the overall RevOps strategy across the funnel—Sales, and Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive RevOps strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Own the GTM systems and tools stack (CRM, automation tools, reporting platforms) to ensure seamless data flow and visibility.
- Partner with functional heads to define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive data-driven decision making.
- Standardize processes across the revenue cycle to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS revenue models and funnel dynamics.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities; comfortable working with data.
- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
- 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional RevOps initiatives end-to-end.
- Deep expertise with CRM systems (preferably Hubspot).
Professional Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of lead-to-cash processes and funnel metrics.
- Exposure to reporting/BI tools such as Zoho Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable processes and systems.
- Experience working directly with leadership teams, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
