Regional Sales Head - Eastern India

Job Title: Regional Sales Head - Eastern India

This is a dynamic role that requires a strategic and forward-thinking sales leader to drive growth across Odisha, West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, and Assam.

  1. Lead and manage state/city sales leaders in Bhubaneswar, Kolkata, Patna, Ranchi, and Guwahati.
  2. Align regional sales execution with national targets.
  3. Strengthen leadership capacity in Tier 2 & Tier 3 hubs.

The successful candidate will have strong enterprise and government sales expertise, deep local market knowledge, and the ability to lead high-performing teams in both metro and Tier 2/3 cities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or IT; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 6–10 years in IT/SaaS/consulting sales with at least 3 years managing regional teams.
  • Exposure: Strong familiarity with Eastern India's enterprise & government ecosystem.
  • Key Skills:

  • Consultative selling & negotiation at CXO level.
