We are seeking an accomplished HRIS professional to support the administration, problem resolution, and optimization of our SAP Success Factors system.
This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the HRIS system, including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have experience with SuccessFactors, including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
A strong analytical and diagnostic mindset is essential for this position. Excellent communication and customer service skills are also required.
The successful applicant will have experience collaborating with all levels of management and colleagues in other areas, such as IT and Compliance. They must be able to independently prioritize assignments based on urgency and communicate timelines effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Administration of SuccessFactors, including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
- Project management during system implementations and ensuring projects and tasks are completed as assigned
- Documentation of configuration processes and key decisions in support of change management and communications
- Leading UAT (User Acceptance Testing) during implementations and escalating feedback to the implementation team
- Providing regional end-user support on data entry procedures, system navigation, and reporting
- Analyzing HR functional business and system processes and recommending improvements to meet business needs
- Ensuring data standards through automation, setting up preventative controls, data audits, and working with the business for corrections
- Establishing and maintaining business and compliance reports and dashboards for leaders
- Building competence of users for accessing and reviewing data
- Creating and delivering training for new users, managers, and HR leaders globally
- Ensuring accuracy and data integrity of the HRIS system through periodic reviews and audits
- Leading the sustainment planning for HR technology, including release planning
- Supporting other HRIS projects as required
Requirements:
- System testing
- Degree qualified or relevant experience
- Experience as a SuccessFactors administrator
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, specifically v-lookups, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and advanced formula writing
- Strong understanding of HRIS structure, functions, and processes
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance Management, Compensation, Learning Management, Succession, Onboarding, and Recruiting
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical users and facilitate effective outcomes
- Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong customer service skills
Desirable qualifications include: release cycle management, creating and delivering system training, process documentation, implementation of HRIS and/or integration of HRIS with other systems, system transformation, and change management.
