Job Title: Strategic HR Professional

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resources functions for our organization. The successful candidate will focus on performance evaluation, workload analysis and other HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent.
  • Talent Acquisition: Manage full recruitment cycle from job posting to hiring, including conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations.
  • Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems, facilitate annual performance reviews and goal setting, coach managers on performance management techniques and develop employee development programs.
  • Workload Review and Analysis: Conduct workload assessments across departments, analyze job roles and responsibilities for efficiency, recommend staffing adjustments based on workload analysis and monitor employee productivity and satisfaction.
  • Leave Management: Administer all employee leave programs, ensure compliance with leave regulations, process leave requests and maintain documentation.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of HR experience with 2+ years in management, experience in talent acquisition and performance management, knowledge of employment law and compliance, and experience with HRIS systems.
  • Technical Skills: HRIS platforms, Applicant Tracking Systems, Microsoft Office Suite and HR analytics and reporting tools.
