Human Resources Manager

The ideal candidate will lead the recruitment process by working closely with stakeholders to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent through various recruiting channels. They must manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, making hiring recommendations, offering packages and employment contracts, and onboarding new hires.

Talent Acquisition Responsibilities
  • Lead the recruitment process to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Develop effective strategies to source and select top talent.
Compensation and Benefits Administration
  • Process employee payroll accurately and ensure timely distribution of paychecks.
  • Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, statutory deductions, and other compensation components.
Employee Development and Performance Management
  • Develop and implement employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge across the organization.
  • Manage performance appraisals, setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting ratings and calibration.
HRIS Administration
  • Administer accurate attendance records (leave and work hours).
  • Maintain and update HR policies, ensuring they align with current legal requirements and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or relevant discipline.
  • At least 8 years of experience in an HR generalist role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Meticulous and organized, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as a team player.
