Talent Acquisition Director

The Talent Delivery Director role is a pivotal leadership position that steers clients through their talent acquisition journey with strategic insight and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage onsite delivery teams to ensure successful execution of talent acquisition strategies, fostering innovation culture and driving impactful talent delivery strategies.
  • Align global teams and drive productivity to meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs) and client expectations.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as first point of contact for clients and escalate daily operational issues to maintain strong relationships and resolve concerns promptly.
  • Proactively engage with client stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and drivers, ensuring onsite teams meet internal and client-facing KPIs and SLAs.
Operations Management:
  • Analyze SLAs, service quality, and delivery costs to identify improvements in quality and productivity, enhancing the overall performance and efficiency of the team.
  • Maintain a strong external network to gather market intelligence and stay current with industry trends, enabling informed decision-making and strategic growth.
People Management:
  • Lead and manage the recruitment and induction of new team members, providing coaching and support to ensure they perform to the best of their abilities.
Job Requirements:
  • 10-12+ years of experience in Technology hiring, with a proven track record of success in program management or team leadership roles.
  • Strong consulting, leadership, management, and mentoring skills, with a focus on driving results and delivering value to clients.
  • Demonstrated experience in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement, with a passion for building strong partnerships and driving business growth.
