Job Opportunity: System Analyst/IT Support

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled System Analyst/IT Support professional to join our team.

About the Role

This position requires an individual with top-notch technical support skills, addressing hardware, software, and networking issues while fostering exceptional relationships with users and peers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • A minimum of 0.6 months-2 years technical support experience is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills, are essential.
  • Clear communication of issues and problem resolutions is vital.
  • L1 Desktop Support up to end-user level, including hardware, software, and networking problems, is a must.
  • Basic knowledge of concepts such as networking, TCP/IP, and LAN troubleshooting is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is preferred.
  • Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Azure fundamentals is necessary.
  • Familiarity with Windows 10 and 11 operating systems is essential.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server OS 2016 is also required.
  • Awareness of Antivirus, VPN, endpoint security applications, and desktop applications is important.
  • The ability to follow documented issue resolution procedures is crucial.
  • Certifications like AZURE MCP/CCNA, ITIL are an added advantage.
  • Flexibility to work outside core business hours as required.
  • Able to resolve issues proactively and independently, yet also function well within a team.
  • Willingness to work in day/night shifts.
  • Work Days: Monday to Saturday.

Requirements:

  • Must be a graduate without any arrears.
  • At least 0.6 months of experience in IT Support.
  • Ability to support on holidays.
