Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues involving hardware, software, and networking
  • Document all activities in our IT Service Management platform
  • Mentor junior agents and contribute to knowledge base articles
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless handoffs and reduce time-to-resolution

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in technical support or service desk environment
  • Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and enterprise software
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 and remote troubleshooting tools
  • Excellent documentation and organizational skills
  • Effective communicator with ability to guide users in high-pressure situations
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of issues from intake through resolution
