The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting with clients directly to present tailored insurance solutions, address their inquiries, and guide them through the sales process with professionalism and expertise.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks- Develop a comprehensive understanding of all insurance products and services.
- Present insurance solutions to potential clients and address all inquiries with clarity and confidence.
- Guide clients through the full sales cycle, from initial consultation to closing the deal.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent client handling skills.
- Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to business growth.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor products.
- Proven experience in field sales or direct sales role.
- A strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Insurance or financial services industry experience is an advantage.
- Excellent persuasion and client handling skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- A self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage sales pipeline effectively.
- Travel allowance for field expenses.
- Performance-based incentives on top of base salary.
