Administrative Coordinator
The ideal candidate will provide day-to-day administrative support to the Vice Chancellor. The incumbent needs to be well-organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar management through advanced technological tools for the Vice Chancellor
- Support the Vice Chancellor in preparation of meetings, while taking necessary minutes and providing post-execution updates from various stakeholders to the Vice Chancellor
- Coordinate with other leadership team on an ongoing basis
- Effective and efficient visitor management for the Vice Chancellor
- Ensure appropriate calls are directed to the Vice Chancellor
- Prepare necessary documents, notes, and presentations for the Vice Chancellor
- Weekly preparation of the NMIMS Chronicle (Newsletter)
- Maintaining the daily meetings Excel Sheet
Requirements:
- Master's degree with a minimum of 03 to 05 years' experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, and other software tools such as SAP, Oracle, etc.
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Pleasant personality
