We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in KBros Aristo Pvt Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to take on a leadership role and drive business growth.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations in a specific region, managing daily orders, and participating in meetings with existing and potential clients. Strong communication skills in English and the local language are essential for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize sales visits and meetings with architects to identify new business opportunities and close deals.
  • Manage daily orders, ensure timely delivery, and maintain excellent relationships with clients.
  • Attend meetings with existing clients and new clients to discuss product offerings and resolve any issues.
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet monthly targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospects, recommending technical solutions and selling products effectively.
  • Prepare reports, including EOD reports and monthly reports, to track progress and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in B2B sales within the interior/furniture industry.
  • Graduation or post-graduation from a reputable institution.
