Senior Manager - Business Development
Key Responsibilities:
We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager - Business Development to lead our business development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company goals and drive revenue growth.
You will conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Your role will involve identifying and engaging potential clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to facilitate business partnerships.
You will lead the preparation of proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and objectives.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
Additionally, you will manage the sales pipeline, track leads, and forecast sales performance to meet revenue targets.
You will analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance performance.
Required Skills:
6-12 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
Proven track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and develop actionable strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners at all levels.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successfully closing deals and managing contracts.
Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
